the dealership was great. Bill and Charles worked with me for several days trying to get me approved. the went the extra mile to sale me a vechile. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a excellent price on the new car. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. it was the best car buying experience I've had in a while. Bill and Charles explained the details clearly and there were no "surprises". I enjoyed the chance to work with these two guys.
I went in to test drive a Mazda 5 just to check out its features. The salesman was very patient even though it was closing time. I was impressed with the quality and safety of the vehicle.They gave me a fair price and I purchased the vehicle.There were minor blemishes on the vehicle from shipping and the dealer repaired them flawlessly. My experience was very positive.
Hands down, I would recommend Oxmoor Mazda to all my friends and family. Mr. Mike Beech made the buying experience a very good experience. No pressure at all, which i found very invinting. The first day we were in there the sales man was very pushy, and the environment was not a place I wanted my children in. Snoop Dog was blaring cuss words from a radio as the sales staff strutted around the so called show room. The showroom was undergoing a remodel so I will let that pass. The second day we went in the original sales guy was off, so we were greeted by the sales manager who was very helpful. My wife and I went to Oxmoor Mazda because we were interested in a Mazda6. The sales people we dealt with the 1st day we were there were very pushy and it was not a good experience. They had the attitude of "now or never" as far as purchasing a vehicle for the price we wanted. We returned a 2nd day because we were still interested, mainly because of the price that they were offering for a 2010 Mazda6. The business was being remodeled at the time i was buying the car. This caused the building to be hot and very small. The people i worked with were very pushy and did not seem to listen to the information i was giving them. I did get a great price on the car but that was the only good thing out of this experience.
My experience at Oxmoor Mazda was certainly a pleasant one. When I first went to check out cars, I had no intention of buying a vehicle that very day. But when I arrived, Fred Camp was so friendly and helpful, that I was pretty much sold on an '06 Jeep Liberty.
