My experiece with oxmoor mazda was great, they had a big selection of quality vechicls to choose from. The sales men that sold me my truck was very honest, friendly and helpful. I have recommended oxmoor to all my friends, co workers and to anyone that is looking for a dependable car or truck.

"Maszda Mike", the salesman that I worked with was incredibly helpful. I started by looking at vehicles on their website and walked in the dealership with a couple of vehicles I wanted to look at. Mike went above and beyond to help me choose the car that best fit my needs (I drive about 30K/year for work) and to walk me through the buying process as I am a first-time car buyer. So I bought a used car from them and within 48 hours I was already having problems with it. They would do nothing to fix it and now I have to file a lawsuit against them because they are a bunch of idiots. And when I talked to them on the phone, they were rude and inconsiderate because I was a girl. DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE, it was a big mistake on my part.

Dealership was conveniently located and had a really nice selection of the model I was reviewing. Took a test drive and then I was able to work out a good deal. Along the way, I made new friends and anticipate seeing them in the future. Finance department was especially nice and helpful.

Good experience so far. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the product that he was selling. He was able to connect with me personally and decribe all of the options on the car and how they functioned. He also provided me with the information that I needed to make a decision between leasing and financing a vehicle.

We went to trade in a 2009 Mazda that we were upside down on. Chris, Avery and everyone at Oxmoor were very helpful throughout the process and helped us achieve our ultimate goal. We walked away with exactly what we wanted at exactly the price we wanted to pay!

The men that came in from out of town to help with the special event were very friendly, until we signed the deal. We had to come back the next day, and you could tell a difference in their attitude, for the worse. We ended up having problems with the financing on our vehicle. Once the finance manager figured out the problem, he fixed it. We were very pleased with how he handled the situation. I would recommend this dealership based solely on our experience with him.

I was in urgent need of two vehicles and someone advised I was in urgent need of two vehicles and someone advised me to go to Oxmoor Mazda. Once there, they took time to listen to my concern. They were mostly interested by my issues than to sell me a car. I received 2 vehicles to drive while waiting for my bank to process my finances.During two months , my wife and I were driving two vehicles with no contract. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mike since May of this year. A 2010 Mazda 6 and a 2004 Jeep Liberty.
