The staff was very prompt to greet us and took us right out to the models we wanted to test drive. Mike was very knowledgeable about the model's features and also knew a great deal about the features of comparable models offered by competitors. We got great pricing from general manager Bill Willoughby and Mike also hooked us up with a coupon for a free turkey since Thanksgiving was right around the corner.
Everyone I worked with there were very professional and got me in and out in a reasonable time. I was very impressed with how nice everyone was. The Prentice's explained every question I had and made sure that everything was taken care of and explained everything that was done to my vehicle,
Process was quick and we settled on a monthly payment that was affordable for us. Would have like to have had more colors to choose from on the lot for the model that we bought though. The dealership was under going a renovation so we had to overlook the mess but the dealership greatly needs the renovation. I would have preferred to wait to purchase the car from them once the renovation was completed but the offer for my trade in was only valid for so many days.
I had a nice expierence with the guys at Oxmoor Mazda. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mike. He was great because I was very picky about the used car I was going to buy thankfully he was patient with me as we drove alot of cars!! The Manager and Mike did everything they could to find a car for me. I did eventually purchase a car and am set to pick it up today. I hope to return to Oxmoor Mazda for my next car purchase.
I was looking for a used Ford Taurus, since I'd had an earlier Taurus that served me very well. Oxmoor Mazda had three, so I went there, took down the sales numbers and said I would have my husband check them out. One of them (listed as a 2008) had a good price, and low mileage. My husband brought the car to me at work and I drove it around the neighborhood and said I liked it and would buy it. When he shut the car off, it would not re-start due to a dead battery. I work for a large corporation in Louisville KY. Travel is required with my job with the company and requires that I rent a car each time from a local car rental company. I am to receive a mid-size car, but it all depends on whatever is available from the car rental company. The eve we drove into the lot to just look at the used vehicles, the general mgr took the time to chat with us although it was closing time. We loved the down to earth attitude and honesty of the staff. My husband actually went in the next day to get more info and said he had no problems whatsoever. We haven't even had the Highlander a full day but so far so good. We will definately recommend this dealership to our friends who say they are searching for a new/used vehicle. Thanks so much!
Went in to buy a used car. After being shuffled through 3-4 different salesmen ended up with the used car manager, Gene Willis. He snuck in an additional $598.00 fee to my 17 year old daughter's car purchase as a "special benefits package". Ask anyone at the dealeship what a "special benefits package" is and you will get a different answer. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!! BOTTOM LINE!!! NO MATTER WHOM YOU DEAL WITH, ALL ARE SHITTY PEOPLE THERE. BILL, CHRIS, GENE, SPENCER. ALL ARE TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF. Wow. By far the worst experience ever!! We spoke with BILL (GENERAL MANAGER) over the phone who assured us that they would beat a USAA quoted price on a Mazda3 PLUS give 0% for 5 years + $500.00 LESS.
