Chris my salesperson was very attentive to my needs as far as purchasing a car goes. He found me a dependable car that was in my price range. The sales area was clean and everyone who I had contact with at the dealership were very nice,and professional. I look forward to being able to come back again and purchase my first brand new car from this dealer. Overall i had a wonderful first-time buyer experience at this dealership.
All the sales people and the manager were very courteous and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the CX9 and helped me find the perfect modal for me. They went out of their way to get all of the discounts they could for me. Would definitely recommend them to people in the future.
Buying my car on fathers day was a good experience. My mom and sister also bought a car on this day. We were happy with the salesman. He was very clear about the price we were to pay. We also recieved a hundred dollar gift certificate which we all went out to eat on. The service for my car has been good. Also very friendly people work for oxmoor mazda.
Purchased a used vehicle and was in the shop within 4 months and less than 1500 miles with approx. $4,500 in suspension, brakes and engine mount repair. Scott was worthless in his response and states "you bought it as is". What a waste of good money, but then again they will not get any of mine or my friends in the future.
I recently purchased a 2003 Cadillac Deville from Oxmoore of Mazda. My salesman Chain worked extremely hard to get me this car. He was able to get me TOP dollar for my trade in value. We worked the numbers a few times and eventually they gave me a great deal on this car. I know you can't get this type of car and with the mileage that’s on it for what i got it for. My experience started out poorly but the sales manager quickly redeemed the situation and I would gladly go back there anytime. I just got an offer in the mail from them for a free oil change and free tank of gas as well so I'm really greatful. A free tank of gas comes in handy right now.
This was my first experience purchasing a new car and it couldn't have gone better. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and within a few hours I was the owner of a brand new Mazda 3. I have always liked the Mazda 3 but my main reason for going to the dealership that day was the zero percent financing Mazda was offering. I came to the dealership just looking for a test drive but the sales staff and the car was so great that I couldn't say no and found myself with a 2010 Mazda 3. The next day their competitor came out with a Sunday ad featuring a lower price on the same car. I didn't think the dealer would match the price after the fact but I asked them and they did. I couldn't be more satisfied with them following through on their price matching guarantee and the quality of the car for the price.
I went in this summer looking at three different used cars I had found online.
