I have bought two new cars from Oxmoor Mazda, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, for both sales and service. The service department is great. One of my cars MX-5 is out of warranty but I still use their service department for oil changes and such.
I am a first time buyer with Oxmoor Mazda and it was great experience. Mark Burris was very friendly as were all the staff that day. The finance manager even helped me save an additional $900 with regards to an extended service plan I had purchased on my trade in that I didn't even know about. I would definitely recommend Oxmoor Mazda to anyone buying a new or used vehicle, just a great atmosphere and buying experience.
The transaction took longer than expected but only due to the high number of customers visiting the showroom. The sales person was very friendly and the overall experience was very good. The dealership was very clean and accesible. THANKS for all the help.
Bottom line a shady dealer that offers a good price but after the sale isn't concerned about customer service and doesn't live up to its agreements. Purchased a new vehicle from Oxmoor Mazda as they seemingly had the best price in a 3-state area. My perspective now is they offer a good price but don't live up to their purchase agreements...bottom line you get less than what you pay for. Follow up to previous review. After many phone calls Oxmoor Mazda did end up honoring the purchase agreement by installing the trailer hitch.
Very easy to deal with, excellent customer service. Would recommend to all friends and family. We purchased a 2010 Mazda 6 Touring Edition. We are very happy with the car and all that came with it. We got tires for life of the car and 24 month buy back garunteee.
The did a great job, figured out what my car needed and fixed it. They were honest and easy to deal with. I will definetly go back there. I feel safe knowing my car was checked out and fixed by them and I don't think they did any unneseccary work.
I purchased a vehicle for my wife (MX5 Miata) for Valentine's Day. It was a surprise while she was away at work.
