The service department advised me via snail mail that my Tribute was under recall. I called and set up an appointment to come in. When I arrived they were quick, efficent and friendly in taking care of my needs. This was my 3rd time to go to them and have never left with any negative feelings or thoughts of Oxmoor Mazda.
We had a great experience buying our first new vehicle. Our saleslady, Sandy Maring, was exceptional and made us feel very important. Eveything was done quickly and efficiently. We got the best interest rate around and trade-in of our current vehicle was very fair.

People know what they are talking about. When I asked a question the answer came back fast. They did all that needed to be helpful and positive.

I had an amazing experience there after Sean Dour came to us to help us get a car . He was patient and helped us in every way without making us feel uncomfortable at all. He worked 100 percent to find us the best car with a good monthly payment. I highly recommend if you get a car go to HIM .
Sandy was the best. She went out of her way to help us. She was also very nice, friendly and understanding. She explained all of our options in detail and answered all of our questions.
The people I worked with on my 2012 Mazda Miata were very helpful and made the experience fun. They had a wonderful selection of Miatas. I was leery of driving over two hours to see what kind of trade in I could get, but they were very fair. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Oxmoor.
