I had great customer service with how extremely friendly everyone was, it made me feel like we were all close friends. I made a purchase of leasing my current vehicle and received a great deal on it. I'm absolutely loving my new car and the new friends I've made at Oxmoor Mazda.

Avery and the staff at Oxmoor Mazda responded to me quickly and kindly. They had the vehicle ready to test drive and we negotiated a fair deal. They were very friendly and answered all my questions.

Our car buying experience over the weekend and today has been exceptional! Everyone on the Oxmoor Mazda staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable and painless, especially our sales person, Josh Bredhold. I will never purchase from there again. I hate haggling, and that's exactly what I had to do and still they managed to mess things up. I went in on an internet price just to have them be shady about it and removed a few discounts, raising the price and not honoring their online price. Once I decided to lease the vehicle instead of purchase, they didn't honor their pricing at all then. They bumped it back up to the regular MSRP without any discounts. When I walk on a dealership new car lot, I am amazed at the question that always seems to be the first asked, which is "how are you financing"? I walk on Mazda new car lot and I am introduced by a salesman who asks "how may I help you"? That has always been a stickler to me. I appreciate the kindness I am shown right from the beginning. When I first went into the dealership I talked to Teddy, who gave me some information on my credit score and showed me the model car I wanted. Then I went into the dealership later that night and talked to Josh, because Teddy had gone home for the day. Hours later I left with a new Mazda cx-5. Josh did a great job of explaining the cars benefits to me and was more than willing to help me with setting up the Bluetooth and anything else I may need. We worked with Ross, Shaday, and Mike and ended up buying two brand new mazdas. Great customer service, atmosphere and staff. Definitely go here if you need a car
