We came in looking for a used car for my son that was affordable as well as dependable. Michael had a friendly and inviting low key attitude. He was very understanding and helpful with our circumstances which involved buying a car as fast as possible due to a previous car total loss accident. This was the second vehicle I have leased from this dealership, and both times the process has been (relatively) quick and painless. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and definitely kept me at ease through what could have been a very frustrating and difficult ordeal. I have also had my vehicles serviced at this dealership, and the service staff is first rate, as well.

Excellent experience with Mike Beach. I would recommend him to anyone. There are some bad reviews out there on this dealership, but I saw none of this. Everyone was exceptionally great to deal with. Reviews can be very helpful and they can also be harmful. You can't please everyone, so my opinion is go see for yourself. I'm sure glad I did.

I love my new car! The sales folks at Oxmoor Mazda are great! I did not have to deal with pushy salesmen telling me what I want. They listened to my desires for what I wanted in a new car and worked to make that happen. They were all warm and friendly yet professional is their business dealings. Not to mention the pure southern hospitality you'll experience on Saturdays. They provided free fried chicken and sweet tea while the negotiations were taking place and paperwork was under way. Great dealership and great people!
