Best car buying experience ever Buying a car is something we all dread and my past experiences have validated the reason why. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and no BS approach by Oxmoor Mazda. I found a car I liked online, reached out to them and within 24 hours, I had a great price, great financing rate and was home with my new CX-9. Everybody I had the pleasure of working with (Lauren Maggard, William Henry) and the finance department were all first class.

Awesome experience and great customer service! I went in to buy myself a new car to provide my old one to my daughter. My wife and I had a set amount of a monthly payment that we could not go over. We found a beautiful Mazda 6 that we both loved and wanted. We were greeted with politeness and were welcomed in a non-pressure environment. Matthew Speedy was a wonderful salesman to deal with, and he was able to put our payments where we want them and drove home on our new car that same day!
The greatest experience I ever had buying a car. Herb was extremely helpful right from the beginning. I was not sure if I needed a Miata or a CX 9 but he helped me through the process and showed me that with all of my kids still at home that the Miata was the perfect choice for me. Tires Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation today. Was advised that all 4 tires were badly cupped and would need to be replaced. One tire had an "impact bubble" in the side wall. The technician who was performing the service on the car said the tires were very badly cupped. The funny thing is I bought the tires there new in October 2013, less than 9 months ago, and have had the tires rotated there each and every time I took it there for an oil chance.
