They did what I couldn't, got my property tax reduced even though I justified the same with plenty of data when i tried myself. The system in ***** is somewhat corrupt. While they successfully reduced the value and charged a fee based on estimated savings, they failed to inform me that I needed to take further steps after the appeal including notifying my mortgage company about the updated tax bill.Because I escrow my property taxes, my servicer paid the original (higher) amount before the revised bill was issued. I have filed a protests regarding two of my properties with Ownwell. They confirmed that they had lost the protest and would not charge me for the service. However, they have subsequently reduced the prices of my internet services and billed me $368 for a provider that I no longer use.I have provided proof of my current internet service providers to Ownwell, but they continue to request the payment for the service that I no longer use.
