My very first time getting someone to help lower my property tax and Ownwell (as recommended by my community) did an amazing job by lowering it. I did not submit the request early enough so I actually did not hear from them for a while but once it got approved and they shared the news I was very happy. Definitely will be using them again and recommending as well.

Very dissatisfied with the way Ownwell does business. They take credit for valuation reductions that they had nothing to do with. Reductions in property values that happened before their appeal was even heard by the county.

Been a homeowner for about 4 years now and this was the first year I decided to protest my property tax and didn't know much on how to best proceed. Heard of Ownwell on the radio and looked them and glad I did, extremely easy, only had to complete a couple of pages and they did the rest! Would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future! and of course they helped lower my taxes and saving me money!

****** does a great job. They are true to their word. You dont pay unless they get you taxes reduced. This year they were able to get my taxes lowered. Very pleased with their service.

If i could give zero stars I would. Against my better judgement I used Ownwell to protest my taxes. They settlled across the board at my countys appraisal district for 3% therefore settling my property value for $10,500 more than the county had originally propsed. I feel so foolish for not handling this myself. Will never use Ownwell again and will also warn as many people as I can to beware.
