Never do any business with this company. They caused us a financial harm. We let them to file our appeal in 2023, but they did not do it and informed us after the filing deadline passed that the assessor did not accept our appeal from them because we filed it in our own. Yes, we did, but if they clearly stated that their firm is not represented by attorney, we would never go with them. This is the 2nd year I've used Ownwell. The 1st year they were able to reduce the market value by a substantial amount, however, at the time the assessed value was so low that no actual tax $ savings occurred. I wasn't charged a fee for their efforts. However, this year, they actually did reduce my assessed value considerably and I'm happy to pay a fee for the amount of $ savings that I received.
