This was my first year to use ownwell. I have protested myself in the past. Its very intimidating. I feel like the board doesnt listened to you because they figure youre not that knowledgeable on the topic. It was great not to have the Stress of preparing and going before a board myself. They kept in touch and let me know what progress was being made. Plus, they were successful in reducing my taxes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in protesting your taxes.
