I receive every day a text from Ownwell ************ that I need to pay my invoice. After I made several attempts to contact this Company and never received an response, I am asking someone to get in touch with me and explain what the invoice is for ***** *****

I've not used this service, but have received marketing materials that are clearly intended to deceive.. I'd love to be able to post the image of the envelope that uses a font, title (Property Tax Manager, **************) and graphic whose combined use amounts to impersonating a public official. It is so clear that the intent is to deceive the recipient that I cannot trust a company that would allow such a thing

I requested the help of Ownwell to file a protest in order to lower my taxes and lo and behold they were able to do it. They lowered my annual property taxes by more than $1,400!!!!! I was very impressed with their work and more than happy to pay the 25% of the savings to them.

Misleading contracts - I requested one service and they proceeded to process multiple services and then invoice me for them after the fact.

Ownwell does offer many different products to our customers, the primary one being our protest service, and then helping our customers to file for a homestead exemption if needed. When a customer signs up for our services, they are sent emails confirming which product(s) they are signed up for. Successfully lowered my property taxes relatively fast at the first protest, saved me quite a bit, and only took 25 percent contingency fee off of my savings. I didn't have to pay any additional amount.
