Ownwell did a very poor job on my property tax appeal this year. I sent them a spreadsheet showing every house in my neighborhood and the fact that those that individually appealed were able to achieve a 20% reduction or more against their initially appraised value. I have been a licensed Realtor and residential appraiser for over forty years. I received a mail solicitation to work towards lowering my assessment on a rental property I own in the *** area. They made is very simple for me and were successful in saving me over $700 on my tax bill. I would recommend them to take a look at your property if you feel it is over assessed by the taxing authorities.

Ownwell was thorough in their work. They had their info and used some I was able to provide. Not only did they get the 'usual' increase removed, but lowered my appraisal by $6000 from the previous year! Thanks, Ownwell.

I have used Ownwell for the past few years with great results in lowering my assessed value. I previously would protest my property taxes myself, spending countless hours putting together as much documentation as possible, and then trying to plead my case to someone who didn't care. Rarely did I feel the result was worth my time. Now, I invest no time and get very satisfying results for a fair price every year.

I received a letter in the U.S. Mail from Ownwell offering their services to reduce Harris County's (*****) recorded market value of my home. The Ownwell team is professional, communicates well during the process, takes full responsibility and did a great and successful job for me. I would urge any homeowner to have Ownwell represent them in meeting with the Harris County *********************** removing the hastle.
