Easy, straight forward application process. I tried this service with modest expectations for how much our property taxes would actually get reduced. I was pleasantly surprised with how much of a reduction they got in our home appraisal value. It was actually lower than what it was the previous year. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in *******.

Amazing work! I had used another property tax consulting service for my home in the city of ******* for the past 4 years. They did a decent job most years, but I had observed dimishing returns. They also charged a contingency fee of 45%, which is on the higher end of the fee range I had researched.A friend recommended Ownwell after he had success with them in the same area of town.
