I have been using Ownwell for several years. They continue to lower my property taxes for my investment property significantly. I plan on using them again for this years tax season. Also they only charge a small fraction for this service. The convenience is worth the fee.

Ownwell has done a fine job of getting reductions in my property taxes. And the best part is that all I did was sign up. Then stepped aside and let the experts do their work.They have saved me at least a couple of thousand dollars over the past three years plus there may be a cumulative effect, keeping increases in assessments at a lower starting point.I plan to use Ownwell every year.
