I was pleased with results. It was an easy process.
Waste of time and money. They only "saved" me ~$400 from what the county put my property tax at, which was up 15% from two years ago when I protested it myself. I did much better on my own. I have had a good experience with Ownwell in 2025. It was my first time as a home owner filing the protest on property tax and Ownwell was able to fit my needs. They don't charge an upfront fee like other companies and their fees for successful protest is nominal compared to others in the business.
