This was so easy. My husband usually spends hours preparing to go before the board. Well worth the 25% fee not to have to deal with it. Communication was prompt, simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Id give this place zero stars if I could!Got hit with a random bill close to 1k.Come to find out- they will automatically subscribe you into their services and proceed with appeals without your consent every year!!!!! Also, I have no recollection of giving consent to proceed with the appeal for my second property which they swear I had signed up for- !! Asked for the proof/signed documents and of course they couldnt even provide that information.Zero integrity, do not work with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty good service. Just requires to spend maybe ***** minutes initially and than they do the job for you. I think the rate is pretty fair. They saved us about $775 on taxes. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Saved me from having to take a day off work to go to the ******************. Been there done that, only to be rescheduled (another day off work).It's better to be represented by an agent that has the right tools to protest the appraisal.
