I managed to lower the taxes on my property with them. It was a super easy online process, then they took care of the rest. They charged me 25% of my total savings. That was so easy, it's something I'll do every year. Just uploaded a few documents to prove my case and then like magic, they dropped the value of the property $24000 which saved me $500/yr and they only needed $125 in payment.No-brainer, everybody should do this. Signed up 3 years ago. Never could save me anything. I totally forgot they continue to charge you without notice even after you sell the house. They finally "saved" me a couple hundred on the property tax however the reduction of assessed value from $280 to $277K is difficult to understand since the house just sold for $249K. So not in tune with that neighborhood to formulate a reasonable price reduction. But now that the house is no longer mine, I guess they want me to pay for reducing the buyers taxes.
