The process was simple. The results are underwhelming. You did successfully get a reduction for me but the valuation is still extraordinarily high. Prob still 100k over valued. As much as I would like to see my home worth what you agreed with the Harris County it just will not command that price if I was to sell.The process is missing any hands-on analysis, deliverables to me about what was done, the comps used, inspections performed.
