if you are over 65 and enjoy extended exemptions, your invoice would be closer to 50% of your savings on actual taxes versus the full retail taxes that I have never paid the past 10 years because of my over 65 exemptions. I paid $ ***** in taxes in 2024. My taxes for 2025, without the reduction by Ownwell, would be $ *****. I'm now paying $6,746 for 2025. A difference of $ 851 versus 2024.
