We have never used a service like before. We normally say we are going do it ourselves but never end up actually doing it. We saw the Ownwell ad and figured what could it hurt. We signed up, and Ownwell sent us a questionnaire which we filled out as completely as we could. They did the work and submitted it. We received a notice that our taxes will be lower than first estimated, which is a win in our books. The whole experience was simple and easy. I am sure we will use Ownwell next year.
Its the best decision Ive ever made. Just filled out the application online, and uploaded some photos of property damaged. Ownwell did the rest. They helped me reduce my property tax $1,500 this year. I didnt have to appear in person to protest the appraisal. Ownwell emailed me the steps theyve done and I am a happy customer.

This was the first time that I utilized Ownwell Property Tax Consultants to appeal my assessed property value at **************. Ownwell exceeded my expectations. They did a great job.
First time I used Ownwell. After one month, *********************** came back with a decrease of my property value. :) I would definitely keep using Ownwell in the future to keep the appraisal district on check. For several years they just upped the value to the maximum allowed without a valid reason. The only thing I would like for the company to improve is the timing of the invoice. I received it before being able to check the change order on the website. Other than that, very happy with their service.
