Simple process and a successful protest. They not only negotiated a value below the initial CY appraisal, but the final value was below previous year; so instead of a 10% increase year on year with no action, they provided 2% reduction. Definitely an easy process. Reduced our tax bill $761, costing $190 in fees. Thats a much better result than *** had the last 3 years protesting on my own.
