Ownwell performs as promised. This company has succeeded in reducing my property tax evaluation when I was unable to do so by myself. The company kept me informed with progress reports. Highly recommended.
We received an Ownwell ad in the mail and decided to try their services. They did an excellent job and were able to lower our home appraisal and the appraisal is frozed at the level for 3 years. The process was very smooth and easy for us to participate. Their web portal was easy to navigate. I recommend Ownwell if you are looking to lower the cost of your property taxes.
We bought our brand new home back in 2022. Within a year, our property tax appraisal came with almost 30% increase from our buying price. It was a pleasure doing business with Ownwell. In the past I have used another property tax reduction firm. My experience with Ownwell was much better in a couple ways. With the information I provided, they were able to reduce my taxes by a substantial amount. Secondly, the amount I paid for the service was much less than I was expecting and much less than the competitors are charging.
