Highly recommend this service. The cost to savings is so worth it. Save yourself some time and have the professionals contest for you. Most time-consuming part is filling out the application which I believe took 5-10 minutes at most.

The only reason this isn't five stars is their online information gathering was a bit cumbersome. That said, the communication was exemplary. I received regular update on on status of my protest that actually had significant information and not just rote statements. I don't know how they managed to get my evaluation lowered but I am more than happy with the results. I have had a good experience with Ownwell. As my property taxes continue to climb up & up every year, I thought it was time to do something about it. I tried doing this on my own a couple of years ago with no success. Ownwell has been very transparent with me every step of the way. I understood how the fee works going into it.
