Very easy to do business with. They do what they can and dont claim to do more. My taxes have been lowered due to Ownwell. I am very happy with their service.

Refusing to honor 25% contingency fee, when clearly on the portal it says that. As soon as I sent an email with proof, no one will email me back but will call me every other day telling me that I owe 50%. It's a scam.

Our fee is 25% of the property tax savings that we earn for you in the year that we file an appeal. We have never had a contingency fee of 50%, and our collection efforts are done through email and occasionally by phone. In our efforts to collect, we would provide a copy of our signed Service Agreement as well as a copy of the invoice confirming that our contingency fee is 25% of the savings.
Very satisfied with the service Ownwell provided. Lowered my property tax recorded market value by approximately $108,000. Communication was simple through email and they kept me updated on any progress.
