I absolutely love OAT and I have had many wonderful trips with them. Will go again soon. I definitely recommend them.
I've gone on a couple OAT trips now and loved the experience! Highly recommended.
You could never see as much or do as much on your own as you can on one of their trips or for as little money. Their Program Directors (guides from the region) get travelers into places you'd never even know about, let alone get in on your own. We've been hooked since our first trip because they make sure everything runs smoothly and when it doesn't (weather, politics), they have alternatives that seem to be part of the program. And we aren't done traveling with them yet.
Great adventures with great guides! One of the best trips we ever had!

After being a Hillary club member for several years and enjoying a great company with great guides and customer service THEY ARE NOW TERRIBLE!! I have been on hold waiting for consult on my air reservations for a future trip for two days each time forced to hang up after between 30 and 45 minutes on hold still WAITING!!!

They take excellent care of you. You can just sit back and enjoy the trip. You get to see the way of life of the countries you visit. There is no charge for going single. I can't wait to see the world with them.
I love traveling with OATS, wonderful program directors and fellow traveler's. I have traveled solo on half of my 11 trips and have always felt included. I am looking forward to my next 2 booked trips one solo and the other with a friend, however, we each have our own room. Thanks OATS for this opportunity.
Authentic tours of real people and places, not your average bus tour where you get 30 minutes somewhere then have to be back on the bus. Most trips require a lot of walking, real feet on the ground. My trip to Israel was fantastic, walking in the Old City streets, dipping in the Dead Sea, crossing the Sea of Galilee on a fishing boat, crawling through tunnels under the Western Wall, lunch under a tree in the Judean Desert, staying in a kibbutz on the Sea of Galilee for two days, eating dinner at the home of an ultra-Orthodox... read more
