We let you take care of our flights from Lima to Iquitos for our upcoming Amazon river trip. You changed the itinerary for mine and my wife's flight last minute. However, my mother who's first time it is leaving the country, you left her on a flight by herself even though I paid for all 3 of us at once! My wife has had trouble getting responses from you and long (2 hour plus) hold times. Since Fri., May 26 I have telephoned O.A.T. six (6) times to discuss an upcoming trip with them. On no occasion could I speak with a human being, but had to listen to an incessant, chirpy voice extoll a new telephone system and tell me how wonderful O.A.T. is. I sent an e-mail today, and am awaiting a reply. Something is very, very wrong here.
This business does not provide any email addresses for you to be able to contact them and you are placed on hold forever if you try to call them using the 800 number. I do not do business with companies that don't believe in communication.
I haven't even taken our trip yet, but have been trying to get a hold of someone at OATS all week long. I've spent 20, 30 and 60 minutes on hold with NO ANSWER! Multiple times while sitting in my office working. I've also sent 3 emails with no reply. You have our money, answer our calls. What's up???

Just returned from a trip to Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Russia. It was an amazing experience!
