Great trip to Manchu Picchu and Galapagos Islands. Very professional staff with booking and great professional and knowledgeable guides in country. A good value for the trip we wanted. I have read a lot of the bad OAT reviews and bottom line you can't fix bad, needy, or incompetent travelers. Just did a trip to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos Islands with OAT. It was fabulous! I can't imagine any tour company doing a better job! The group size (max of 16, we had 14) is a real plus and the program directors were very knowledgeable and passionate about their countries.
Fantastic travel company. They are so professional, reactive to changes on the daily agenda, informed about regional issues, and ready to give us the run for our money.
My 80 year old mother loves traveling with this company, and I feel she is safe and well taken care of.
I've been on 5 trips with Overseas Adventure Travel and each one of them has been excellent. I love the small groups, which allows the traveler to really experience the local culture and interact with the people.
