Two years ago I went to Berlin, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Budapest. This was my first trip with OAT- Fantastic tour! Next year I am going to Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia and I cannot wait!!!! OAT is a class act, the very best. The OAT staff and Tour Leaders and Guides are very knowledgable and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and special interests.

Best guides and service in the business! We've been to all 7 continents with them and plan to take more journeys each year. More athletic activities and small group discoveries keep us coming back. Too bad there are only 5 stars.
Just got a letter from OAT sent to their customers apologizing for their horrific phone delays. Now they need to fix their online service. I keep getting urgent notices to confirm the terms and conditions for my upcoming trips, but to get into their site you are instructed to disable some of your security and even then the confirm button on the terms won't work. According to the fellow I spoke with today others have complained about this but OAT's only work around is to send the terms via regular mail and for me to return th... read more
