I have traveled with OAT on many occasions. I have found each trip to be well thought out, itineraries were great, and the guides were exceptional every trip. I would book my own air and go in a day or two earlier.
Well I’ve traveled with OAT on six trips, but have emailed and left messages to no avail wanting to inquire about another trip. Too bad, oat, you lose for poor customer service. I’ll go elsewhere.
So disappointed to see poor customer relations and non-responsiveness to a problem from a group that I was led to believe was A-1+. Apparently "customer service" means nothing more than stonewalling!
We've taken eight trips with OAT/ Grand Circle and when friends ask me which was my favorite I always respond, "The last one I was on!" Great tour leaders and wonderful co-travelers on every trip.
