We took tour to Galapagos with OAT and had the worse experience in our lives. The tour guide put us in a room in the back of the boat beside the diesel engine. Meanwhile the workers had rooms in center of the boat, free from noise. When I complained she literally told me to shut up and stop complaining. It was noisy and air was suffocating, We paid thousands of dollars for this trip. NEVER EVER again will I travel with them.
Have accurate pricing and not mislead. If they make a mistake, live up to it.
All of your tours are sold out -- Egypt sold out for 2019 and 2020. Morocco -- sold out. India -- sold out. How on earth does anyone book a trip with you people? Ridiculous!
RecommendedOAT offers great boutique trips focusing on arts and culture in small groups. Our family has collectively taken nearly 30 trips with OAT. WARNING: the OAT air department is hard to manage. They make mistakes, overcharge and cannot seem to get it together. If you stay on them, everything works out most of the time. (As a communication and training consultant I've even offered to help.)
