On a trip to Israel right now. First trip with OAT. It’s our guide’s first tour with OAT. His pre-planning is terrible. We love the small group and the awesome trip leaders. We enjoy learning about the culture of the places we are visiting and OAT does that well with the Home visits, school visits and local trip leaders. We have taken three so far and loved all of them. We just returned from China.
I have never been more frustrated with a tour company. They misspelled my name on the airline reservation and won't change it without a copy of my passport. We are more than 200 days out and they won't change the spelling even though they were the ones that made the mistake. Will never usethem again, may cancel this one. If they can't correct a simple problem like this, what will they do with a problem in Poland or Russia?
