Answer the phones, if they must be on hold give them the choice to continue to hold after you tell them the size of the que or take the number and call back. Respond in less than 3 days to e-mails. No trouble reaching someone to book and spend money. Why so much trouble after you have it?

It has the best tour experience compared to other tour companies I've been with.
We have taken two trips of a life time with them this year and plan two more next year. They are the best!!!
After using other companies we will only use Grand Circle/OAT. There is no reason for us to waste our time or money on taking a chance when we have had the best times and experiences with this company.
Very poor customer service after you book your tour- very poor attention to travel concerns when on the tour- 1/2 hour wait times till the travel department answers your call- lastly no apology when you do have a legit issue- I will never book with them again
They could improve by taking seriously people's allergies and food restrictions requirements, not just when it's convenient for them, and not selling out to low bidders who sacrifice people's food restriction needs
