I've been at overlook for 6 years on and off and I love it!!! Never had a problem with anything.... And very close to everything.
Tiffany is the only good thing. Maintenance is horrible been through at least 8 since I've been here and they do less than satisfactory work. They take months and years to get anything done and when they get around to it the work would be done better by a grade schooler. They are messy and never clean up after themselves not to mention wreck tenants things. The location of these apartments is the only reason anyone would stay here. I been at ashford overlook for over a year now an my blinds has been broke cents i moved in screen on proch is broke an matinees takes 6 mouth to fix anything or does a poor job an cuts corners my sink was not albe to work an for 3 days an had to call them many times so we coulnd clean my 11 mouth old sons bottles i pay 700$ a mouth an get poor services an very rude matiness i woulnd not recommend any one here
I am extremely disappointed in these apartments. My daughter moved into the ashford overlook apartments about 7 months ago. During those 7 months the apartment has had issues with water leaks 85 to 90 percent of that time. Water restoration crews have been called in a minimum of 10 times to remove padding and dry carpet out. Photographs were taken of mold on drywall due to the leaks that came from a hot water tank.
