Not taking care of their tenants as a landlord should. Shame shame.

When are you going to fix my air conditioner? It hasn't worked correctly since I moved in almost a year ago and is only getting worse. My work order is nearly a month old. It's shaking my entire apartment and isn't keeping it cool.
