how quick the maintenance gets 2 work orders. im along time resident and i have never had 2 wait a real long time 2 get something fixed. they have always got right bck 2 me. madalyne marlene and shyanne have always been able 2 answer any question i had. it has always been a professional atmosphere. the positive outways the negitive. my experience livi g here has been good.

I absolutely recommend Ashford Overlook Apartments. The ladies were so helpful to my mother when it came to helping her with getting the apartment and filling out everything online. With the stress of trying to find a place these ladies went above and beyond there job helping her. Thank you ladies your all awsome!
Don’t live here unless you enjoy living with roaches from the day you move in until the day you move out. Oh, AND if you don’t mind being charged a fee for “roach treatment” upon move out even though the office staff was made aware of the issue the DAY OF MOVE IN and refused to ever fix the problem. They will also refuse to give you a move in/move out apartment condition form upon move in and then try to charge you for any damages that predate you living there once you have moved out!
