This place is horrible. They're more worried about who has a pool card rather then people having AC units that work, and the apartments looking presentable without trash everywhere. My boyfriend has lived here for 3 years, and the unit we live in now has had AC problems since we've moved into it. We've had to call them out at least 5 times within the past 2 weeks, no exaggeration, and each time our AC stops working. Mind you, in 90-100 degree weather in July. RecommendedThe office staff are great and it’s just a nice new place to live for me, hubby and our fur baby.
Staff has always been friendly and taken care of all my request , the price point on these aren’t bad compared to tulsa prices period , floor plans are spacious they have multiple ones to choose from , never had a issue they couldn’t fix highly recommend them I’ve been here now going on 2 years and have never had a issue with neighbors , theft , anything . Went to look at these apt’s in consideration of renting. There’s a ridiculous amount of potholes, blinds were completely tore up in certain apt’s and there were blankets hung up in the windows, trash was overflowing the dumpsters as well as pieces of furniture randomly laying about. If the outside was that bad, I’d hate to see what the inside looks like. Renting price should range more along the lines of $200-$560
