loose the bed bugs first off and don't change a tenents locks and make them wait outside for 2 hours in the heat late for work get in trouble by work get written up still no one knows why who or where the key was or even who changed it not even the property manager in not6 paying 800 for a one bed room apartment for this bull when I payed 560 for a 2 bedroom at the overlook apartments in 2011 still have the
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! INFESTED WITH MICE! I ASKED THEM TO TREAT THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES & IT NEVER GOT DONE. I HAD MOLD IN MY BATHROOM & WHEN THEY CAME TO CHECK IT THEY REPLACED A SEALANT ON THE TUB. THEY LOSE RENT PAYMENTS & EXPECT YOU TO PAY THEM AGAIN. I WOULDN'T WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE!!
I loved our unit, super cozy. Ashley in the office was our saving grace. We had a few hiccups along the way with neighbors & a tad bit high priced water for an apt but other then that we enjoyed it. Very convenient.
Poor communication, poor staff. Unprofessional apartment complex that will let residents stay in a unit with nonworking air conditioning. Do NOT stay here. ONLY benefit is Jenks public schools.
This place is a pit. We moved in and all the cupboards were covered in mouse feces. The bathtub was clogged and appeared to be covered in sewage. There were clothes and other items left over from the previous tenant. Master bedroom door is starting to fall off. Cupboards severely water damaged. Most the doors are severely dented. Grounds keepers shattered our car window, then the next day our car was broken into. Management nickle and dimes you for everything, $75/month for sewage and water??? FYI Everybody Ashford Overlook on 61st is HORRIBLE. somebody broke into my girlfriends car last night and when we go in to question as to how them about they laughed at us. They're managed by RADCO Residential. They're representative Ashley was the one who laughed at us. I will never recommend these apartments or properties to anybody. Ever.
