I LOVE MARLENE! she and Cheyenne were very helpful.
Adam did a great job showing perseverance on some maintenance requests that were proving to be difficult from a leaky toilet to repairing a ceiling from an upstairs leak. He is always respectful and super polite. My rating of five stars is on the recent fulfilling of these maintenance requests and on Adam's demeanor personally.
