Excellent service by Overhead Door, and John. Arrived on time. Explained the process and what to expect. Very clean and organized in the work. Made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommended.
John repaired my garage door system yesterday. He identified the problem immediately and told me what it would take to fix the problem. John told me about the cost and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He informed me of the safety features of the system and answered my questions. He was very pleasant and professional. I'll call him in the future if/when I have problems. Thanks John.

I ended 2017 with a very noisy garage door opener/closer and was wondering what to do. I searched the web for companies in my town who worked on garage doors and Found Overhead Door company.. I did some research on them and found very positive reviews so I called and they sent out a technician named Pat who, after about 5 minutes of watching the door open and close, told me exactly what the problem was and THEN proceeded to see if that was it. Pat from overhead door worked on our garage doors a few weeks ago. There were more things wrong with the door then I suspected. He completely went through both doors to make sure they were properly working. Very very impressed with the work that was done. Thank you so much for showing us we should have contacted you years ago instead of putting up with the doors not working all the time! A+++
