Seems the garage door opener installers used an incorrect size wire, causing the opener to malfunction. John was out early the following morning to correct the issue. Service was prompt and professional. Christopher made an early morning trip out to my farm to release my car which was trapped in the garage and make a "parts needed" list. We bought a new opener at the home show in Lynden. Everything was explained in detail and the installation was scheduled at that time. Pat showed up on time and had the new opener installed in what seemed like no time at all. He cleaned up the area afterwards and helped me program the car transmitters. He explained how everything operates and set up the safety switches to the new code. I am very pleased with the installation and support I received from Pat and the folks at Bellingham Overhead Door.
