Exceeded expectations! Was able to secure an appointment that worked well with schedule quite easily. My Technician, ***** B arrived early in the time window, was able to troubleshoot the issue and fixed it expeditiously. He even brought to my attention features with my garage door I didnt even know about, even living here for 7 years!! Great price, great work in a timely manner!! Would highly recommend!!Grant H

**** gave us great confidence that he could deliver and install our 8' X 14' garage door upon our purchase date June 6, We waited 6 weeks and the installation got postponed 5 times as of today September 28. They got our check and we have no door. There is an excuse that the manufacturer has no interest to create the door. I use to be a contractor, things happen some times, but juggling peoples lives and trades around many appointed dates does not far well to my professional master carpenters life of 50 years. Derek came out promptly and fixed our issue. Our garage would not close. Derek was courteous and did some other maintenance. He showed me how to maintain our garage door. We appreciate that ODC. of Bellingham has professional and knowledgeable people on their team. We will certainly give our neighbors ODC.. recommendation when they need garage door servicing.

I called OHD because the door was working intermittently. **** explained immediately what was going on with the sensor so that I could self-diagnose next time. Plus, he did some maintenance, added a plate for structural support, and even changed the light bulb in the unit. Honestly, it was the nicest, most informative service visit Ive ever had. Im a single mom running my own business and getting such quick, good service made my day.

John took the time to explain what was going on with the garage door. He did the repairs quickly and also explained why at some point we will have to replace the door. When we do eventually replace the garage door, we will definitely use Overhead Door. And John should be on their sales team!

Awesome service! John was friendly, and helpful. He explained a lot to me about the status of my OLD garage door, and repaired the failed computer chip in the driver. He helped me program my car to the new system, and I now have the use of the bluetooth access from my car. I found the price of the work reasonable, and the service he provided excellent. He appropriately masked and handled precautions without asking.

The only garage door company we trust our home with. We have had John out a couple of times (one due to my husband hitting the garage door backing out and a second time due to a power outage) and he is always courteous and gets the job done quickly. We will never use another garage door company. Thanks, John and Overhead Door.

We had a problem with a new garage door installed by another company. We contacted Overhead Door as we had used them at our previous residence and were very happy with their service. They are just a fantastic company, they fit us in their schedule and Jon came out and fixed our door quickly and efficiently! We were also impressed that he followed the Covid Guidelines. We will definitely use this Company for our new build. Thank you!
