Had a great experience with John! He arrived on time, fixed our broken spring, fixed something else that I didn't know was broken, and talked honestly about the life expectancy of our door. He was great to talk to and even showed me a picture of his adorable dog.

John came today to fix our old garage door that was installed by Overhead Door Company of Bellingham in 1996. He replaced the spring, added a touch pad for ease of entry and was entertaining to boot. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are always nice, helpful when recommending how to maintain the overhead door, never keep you waiting very long when they give you a time slot for the arrival its usually the front of the time slot and if there is something keeping them on another job longer than expected they always call and let you know and offer another time slot if they are unable to be there when we need them to be. Always do great work! We would never go to anyone else.
