Great experience. My garage door wouldn't open and my car was stuck inside. Christopher was out in about 2 hours. He saw the problem right away. He was very helpful and nice. He even helped me with a few other items. He needed to order a part and I was told it would be 2 days to a week. A few hours later I got a call that they had the part. David came right over. Called and they were able to come out within a couple hours to fix the problem. Lars did a great job and was able to find and solve the problem quickly.

Great service. John was our tech and he went above and beyond. Appointment was scheduled for only a couple of days after we first called. John arrived within the time slot. Not only did he provide the maintenance service we requested, but he also pointed out other areas of concern and/or safety issues for our garage door.
Christopher visited our home 12/30/2019 to fix our overhead garage door. He was very nice, professional and efficient. The response time was also very good. We called on the 29th and they sent someone down the next day. Thank you
OHD Provided prompt service. We scheduled an appointment to replace our garage door motors and not only did they get us in during the holidays within a week, but they called us back and fit us back to fit us in the following day. In 24 hours we had our new whisper quiet openers. David B installed quickly and even made sure the cars were programmed before he left. Excellent service all around. Thank you OHD... we are very pleased!!
