Overhead Door was able to be onsite within hours of my call and within a couple of hours after that Pat was able to have my garage door repaired and then serviced the other one while he was there anyways! They far exceeded my expectations!
I'm new to the area and within a couple of weeks I was experienceing issues with garage door. I called Overhead Door Co and they had a technician here within a day. We thought that it was corrected because he found a piece of metal in the mechanism but alas it was not that. Pat, the technician, did note that the doors needed to be serviced and didn't charge me for the first visit because he wasn't sure that the piece of metal was the culpert. My vehicle was stuck in my garage after I came home and one of the springs on the garage door opener broke. I called Overhead Door and though it was lunch time, within an hour they sent a gentleman to open the garage door so I could get my van out. He took measurements for the new spring and another gentleman was there in the morning to replace the spring. We recently had a wonderful experience with Overhead Door of Bellingham. First, we were able to make an appointment for the very next day, which is quite unusual. Technician Pat arrived within the specified window and was courteous and thorough. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair was made promptly. Pat also assisted us with re-coding the remote control devices and installing overhead lights. And the cost was reasonable. All in all, an excellent experience.
In May 2017, I had Overhead Door Company replace the "low end" garage door openers on my single garage door and my double garage door which were installed by my home's builder in 2001. The new units work quicker and quieter than the ones they replaced, and the wall controllers are far better! Last week (mid-October 2017) we lost our electric power in the house. Christopher arrived on time on 10/05/2017. He conducted Himself in a very professional manner. I offered my help and he thanked me and said he would alright removing and installing the door. He did point out that the concrete floor was uneven and made adjustment difficult , I feel that he did an excellent installation. ***********
