I was there waiting for more than three hours just for oil and filter change. If I don’t ask the status of my car they didn’t know. Worst customer service.
I experienced a plug/boot problem with my 2015 Jeep Renegade which made driving it difficult. When my regular dealer couldn't provide an appointment quicker than 7 days, I called Ourisman. This happened twice. They provided an emergency appointment, serviced all four plug/ assemblies and provided a multi-point inspection. I now drive twice the distance to Ourisman Alexandria. Even though I had to bring my truck back into service again for them to fix the problem , Howard is making the experience way easier and making sure everything is being done as much as possible. I Appreciate his service , just hope this is the last time my Jeep have to be fix !
