The GSM Jason Dill and my Salesperson Samer really took care of me after I was $15,000 upside down on my trade. Kept my payment $34 dollars higher than I was paying with only $1,200 down. I will definitely be doing business with them again for sure. Plus I didn’t like the Grand Cherokee I bought so the next day they let me pick another one and kept the deal exactly the same. I bought the 2019 grand cherokee in May under FALSE pretenses. Salesmen told me that it would tow to the capacity I needed (the only reason i was buying a jeep) and they completely lied to my face. Im now stuck with a vehicle that doesn’t do ANYTHING I needed. When I asked to speak to the sales manager during the sale he told me I was asking too many questions because ”he knows how pregnant women can be”, implying I was being too difficult. The customer service is excellent Josue my service representative always gets my car in and he offers great service I just had an oil change on my car on Friday of last week September 27 2019 and he help save me a lot of money on oil changes by offering me a oil package and I received text messages when my car was finished and I enjoyed the complimentary tea coffee and donuts why you wait I like this dealership for my service keep up the great work

After negotiating for the purchase of a new car and a trade in, we scheduled an appointment for a 10 hour round trip to buy the vehicle. At the time that we set the appointment the car had already been sold. At no time did the salesperson or management reach out to us to explain that the vehicle was no longer available. They even reached out before we left to confirm the appointment even though it had been sold. They only had one available and simply said sorry.
