I will not recommend this dealer for anything other than the horriable customer service they provide. Go anywhere but here if you want to be taken care of and receive even the most basice customer service. Ourisman does not honor there commitments to customer service. I will go out of my way to never go back and I will think twice about making my next vehicle a dodge.
My husband and daughter went to look at a Jeep that was advertised online. They discussed it for a while with the salesperson without yet agreeing on a price, and then my husband left for a work call. My daughter spent an additional hour there before leaving, with the plan to return later in the day with my husband. The salesperson knew they planned to return. customer service is always Awesome from the Svc Tech, Cashier's and Showroom Staff. Now the cost of a New Key Fob is a different story.
Great customer service. Made a service appointment with Josue for my 2019 Cherokee and I was in and out in about an hour. Will definitely return for scheduled maintenance.
I recommend buying from them. They were by far the most respectful of my preferences for getting a vehicle above any other dealership in the dmv area. Even though it meant them going to another dealership out of the immediate area, to get me the exact vehicle I specifically wanted. Since getting the vehicle from them I have had nothing but terrific servicing of my vehicle.
