I hope to save people time and money from going to this place. I’ve gone twice to this place (against my will, due to a recall on my vehicle) & both times have been the worst customer service experience. The first time the recall service center scheduled my apt, I get there and they can’t do anything bc I have to pay for a new oil change. I had recently got an oil change so didn’t need one. This review is for the service department, my daughter took her 2015 Jeep Wrangler to Ourisman last week for tires, the only reason she went there was because she had a coupon from Jeep to buy three tires get one free. While taking her Jeep back to the service bays they heard a "tick" in her engine so she signed the paper to pay $200 for the diagnostics. The diagnosis was Rocker Arms worn out and making noise recommend all new rockers for both cylinders and may need a camshaft, will not know until engine is torn down: $1885.... read more

Took my car in for an oil change and they scratched the paint above the right front headlight were not able to adjust the headlight aim as requested and forgot to put back the plastic cover over the radiator headlight area in the engine compartment its missing i figure they scratched the paint taking off the cover. Did not notice the scratches for a week cause it was raining that week then the service manager said it did not happen there. I took my vehicle to this dealer today with hopes to receive a diagnosis regarding my check engine light being on and the code reading P303 Cylinder misfire 3. I advised this dealer that my auto mechanic had did a tune up, changed the coil pack and replaced the fuel injector 3.... unfortunately this dealer did not provide me with any diagnosis, and requested that I pay $1500.00 so that they could take my engine apart. I just recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade High Altitude from here on 11/19/20 after coming across it on cars.com. I have kept up with my scheduled maintenance, and when I had the Jeep in there a couple of weeks ago because my Jeep was running louder than normal when I got to 50 mph, I paid a $175 diagnostic fee. They told me my transfer case and drive shaft needed to be replaced. When I asked what was wrong with the transfer case (because I know that parts of it can be replaced), I was told "we don't know; we'd have to open it up." I’ve done all my services with them for 9 years. Lately service has been terrible. Not only the staff lacks of proper ways to assist the customers, but even worse they offer a bad service. Went yesterday to do the regular service. Not only I ended up paying $1,400 but in addition I had to come back today as the engine light turned on this morning. Now they are saying that I need to spend an additional $600 to fix the car. You lost a long time customer.
