Absolutely quick, courteous, knowledge team. I went to get a recall taken care of. Expected a two hour wait; I was out within the hour. I will be coming back for service appointments and will be sending friends to them.
Service in the body shop was not good to be nice. They broke my key and Im still waiting on the fob over a week and a half and my car does not drive the same now

My service adviser, Rafael Ramirez, was great..very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.. Having your car imspected (via an oil change, etc visit) can still be stressful, maybe not as much as a safety or emissions test..but he made it pleasant, and I was wanting to establish a 'service relationship' with Ourisman CJDR, since my wife bought a new black Charger there in February, and gave me her still nice 2011 black Charger, so you will see me around the dealership for service and advice..
