Unfortunately, I have to write this review to warn other potential customers to avoid Ourisman Jeep. They are lacking ethics or just a general understanding of how to treat customers. Now, we are stuck paying a bill I was told we wouldn’t receive before we towed our 2015 Cherokee there and will be taking our vehicle to another dealership to figure out what is wrong with our transmission. I just paid $2,000 for service, on my 2015 charger and the shop tech left all 5 of my lug nuts loose on my rear drivers wheel. I almost had my wheel fall off as i was driving up route 1. Took my car back to the dealer & now waiting for the field operations manager to give me a call on tuesday.

Horrible customer service after the purchase! No communication or effort to fix issues. Just what can I do to get you into a car today? No what can I do to fix the problem or make you happy? They don’t care to look at the long range aspect of keeping a loyal customer, just sell the cars. Shame on them!

It was real good experience, & Excellent staff.
The service department was very good, and I was in and out very quickly. This completely turned around my opinion, as I had had a really bad experience at this dealership about 20 years ago. But that was with the sales department and the service department clearly is very good.

They messed up an oil change and didn't rest my car's computer. I had to take it to another dealer (while out of town) to fix the problem they caused and was nearly stranded while on vacation with the family. Be ware go somewhere else! Many good Jeep dealers in the DMV area. They have refused to repay me or apologize. I think they honestly don't want my business.

I travel to Alexandria to have my car serviced, rather than arranging service at a nearby location. Service staff always courteous and professional. Service Manager was very responsive to my questions about my OwnerShield policy.
